froggy dies out pretty soon

I\'ve had this since my twins were about three months old, and now they\'re seven months. They still like it, but it was kind of annoying when the froggy died out after just two months of use. It might have been better if the battery could\'ve been replaceable.

This was by far the best thing I registered for. My daughter plays in this multiple times a day, up to 20 minutes at a time. She even loves to lie in it as she watches the family in the living room. This is where my daughter loves to spend most her awake time. She loves the large mirror (it is a great size!), where she first saw her own reflection and the big yellow flower with rattles. I wondered how she would like it due to the lighter colors and often wondered if I should have gotten a gym in primary colors. My daughter loves this gym and the colors do not make it an eye-sore in our home.

wonderful

my baby girl is 3 months old and loves this mat! i like it cause it has interchangable toys you can buy so baby doesn\'t get bored with playing with the same things. i have the bright starts bouncer and switch the toys back and forth. plus the pad is real cushy. i had boughten another play mat by another company for the same price as this before this one and it kept falling down and was not sturdy. wasn\'t as many toys to play with either and the pad itself was hard. not happy with that(it was a fisher price!)

We LOVE it!

My daughter is only a month old and she already loves this play mat! She loves to gaze at herself in the mirror and listen to the music cycle through. I think she\'s going to love it even more as she begins to interact with it. It\'s great for her to do tummy time, too! I love that all of the Bright Starts toys are easily interchanged and have purchased virtually every one I can find in pink along with the fun links.

Worth every penny I paid!

My new Grandson is a preemie, born 11 weeks early and now at 10 weeks he is 8lbs 8ozs and is starting to notice all the bright colors and listen to the music in his Bright Starts Play Place Mat. I think its a great product and I love the way the sides can be used up or down. Would suggest this product for all new babies, its well made also. Easy to wipe clean.

Good play mat, even for newborns

This is a great, high quality mat. I started putting my newborn in this mat at 1 week old, and he enjoyed it even when he was that young. There are a lot of pictures on the fold up sides that he looks at (in black and white and bright colors) and he kicks the crinkly sections of the mat. As he is getting older, he is looking in the mirror and hitting the toys overhead. I think we\'ll continue to get a lot of use out of this mat.

Baby Play Mat..

Its good as a \"Baby Play Mat\". I dont know why its so pricey though!! I mean its still a MAT!

Kept her attention so I could get things done!!!

I love this gym because it keeps her attention for at least 15 minutes. That\'s long enough for me to get dinner started, do a 15 minute pickup around the house or take a shower. All things I have trouble doing without occupying my 4 month old. I set one of the rattling toys on the side panel and she loves moving that with her hand. The light up/musical ladybug is a big hit too!

I bought mine at a consignment shop for half the price, in the package and it looks like new!

Great activity mat

I bought this to keep at \"Grandmom\'s\" house. I set it up way ahead of time and wasn\'t sure I liked it \'cause it seemed different than other activity type mats. Now that the baby is here, I think it\'s wonderful. Even at 3 weeks, my granddaughter liked it. At this point, 4 weeks, she lasts about 10 or 15 minutes in it before fussing but those 10 min. are a big relief for my daughter!! She likes the ladybug that has lights and music. I imagine as she gets older, she\'ll enjoy it even more when she can actually play with the toys. Being able to have sides makes it even safer and more secure. As a grandparent, I highly recommend it.

My son loves this!

This is a great buy! We got this for my son when he was 4 months old. We\'ve had it for 3 months and he still loves it! This is one of the few exersaucers that didn\'t look too busy! It has its own toys, but the are also clips and a bar to hang your own toys. We find this VERY useful because we rotate his toys, and the toys that come with it are fun as well. This is one of the few exersuacers under $100 that both allows your child to spin and bounce. My son now does both, and this is a life saver while I\'m trying to cook dinner! Only 4 out of 5 stars because the feet don\'t always stay in place, but you don\'t really need them. 3 of my friends have now bought this product and their kids also love it!!!

Not what I was expecting

Not so great! Not safe for a baby. My daughter hits her head when leaning back. Toys are not very entertaining. I wish they could do soft toys instead of hard plastic ones.

My daughter loves it

I brought this for my daughter when she was four months old she is small for her age so I didn\'t expect her feet to touch the bottom but she was able to stand up it this perfectly. It has a lot of toys for her to play with and you can also attach mor toys using rings. I will be sad when she outgrows this.

Bright Stars

This activity Center is very entertaining for my babies. They both love the toys that hang off the bar. Especially the bouncy bottom. I do wish I would\'ve known before hand that it doesn\'t actually raise up, but only the seat is ajdustable from the bottom by two straps. As most other activity centers actually raise the entire thing up and down. Other than that it is very cute and not too many overly annoying toys. It\'s pretty basic.
